establecimiento de su pol\u00edtica preventiva asume el compromiso de implantar y desarrollar un sistema de prevenci\u00f3n de riesgos laborales que se integre en el conjunto de sus actividades y \u00e9ste se desarrolle, incluyendo todos los niveles jer\u00e1rquicos de la empresa.<\/p>\n<p>La pol\u00edtica de prevenci\u00f3n afecta tanto a las personas que trabajan en la empresa como a los lugares y equipos de trabajo.<\/p>\n<p>En este sentido REFRALIA, S.L. asume los siguientes compromisos:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cumplir con la legislaci\u00f3n aplicable en materia de prevenci\u00f3n de riesgos laborales.<\/li>\n<li>Promover la mejora continua de los comportamientos y niveles de prevenci\u00f3n de riesgos laborales.<\/li>\n<li>Involucrar a todo el personal de la empresa en la responsabilidad de la gesti\u00f3n de la prevenci\u00f3n de riesgos laborales, incluyendo a contratistas y colaboradores en el compromiso activo de la mejora de las condiciones de trabajo de sus empleados.<\/li>\n<li>Fomentar la participaci\u00f3n, informaci\u00f3n, formaci\u00f3n y consulta de todo el personal, incluidos los trabajadores temporales y externos que desarrollen trabajos en las instalaciones, para mantener un adecuado nivel de prevenci\u00f3n en la empresa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>REFRALIA, S.L. aplicar\u00e1 las medidas que integran el deber general de prevenci\u00f3n, con arreglo a los siguientes principios generales:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Evitar los riesgos y evaluar aquellos que no se puedan evitar.<\/li>\n<li>Combatir los riesgos en su origen.<\/li>\n<li>Adaptar el trabajo a la persona, en particular en lo que respecta a la concepci\u00f3n de los puestos de trabajo, as\u00ed como a la elecci\u00f3n de los equipos y los m\u00e9todos de trabajo y de producci\u00f3n, con miras, en particular, a atenuar el trabajo mon\u00f3tono y repetitivo y a reducir los efectos del mismo en la salud.<\/li>\n<li>Tener en cuenta la evoluci\u00f3n de la t\u00e9cnica.<\/li>\n<li>Sustituir lo peligroso por lo que entra\u00f1e poco o ning\u00fan peligro.<\/li>\n<li>Planificar la prevenci\u00f3n, buscando un conjunto coherente que integre en ella la t\u00e9cnica, la organizaci\u00f3n del trabajo, las condiciones de trabajo, las relaciones sociales y la influencia de los factores ambientales en el trabajo.<\/li>\n<li>Adoptar medidas que antepongan la protecci\u00f3n colectiva a la individual.<\/li>\n<li>Dar las debidas instrucciones a los trabajadores.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Esta Declaraci\u00f3n tendr\u00e1 difusi\u00f3n general para hacerla llegar
